Responsibilities
- Perform daily farming tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in farm areas and storage facilities.
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for transport or processing.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in other general agricultural activities as directed by supervisors.
Requirements & skills
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of English (Serbian or other European language is an advantage).
- Prior agricultural experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate and work in rural or semi-rural areas of Serbia.
