AIM Dubai is a recruitment and job-placement platform connecting skilled & unskilled candidates with verified employers across Dubai, the UAE, GCC, and Europe. We provide job matching, CV building, interview preparation, and visa/relocation guidance. We are not a government body, immigration authority, or a substitute for legal advice.

2) Acceptance & Eligibility

Using the website, creating an account, submitting a CV, or applying to jobs means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3) Services & Scope

• Candidate services: profile/CV submission, job matching, interview preparation, and visa/relocation guidance.
• Employer services: job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlist coordination.
• No guarantee: We work with trusted employers but do not guarantee offers, pay, start dates, visa approvals, or relocation outcomes.
• Advisory only: Any immigration/visa inputs are informational and not legal advice.

4) Accounts & User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including CV and documents) and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, or submit fraudulent/forged documents.
• Comply with applicable laws and avoid abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

5) Applications, CV Sharing & Communications

When you apply or ask us to consider you for roles, you authorize AIM Dubai to share your profile/CV and relevant details with verified employers and recruitment partners for evaluation and interviews. You consent to communications via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS about opportunities and service updates. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

6) Employer/Partner Posting Rules

• Jobs must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described (title, location, compensation, requirements, sponsorship/visa status).
• No discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content. No requests for illegal fees to candidates.
• AIM Dubai may edit, suspend, or remove postings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7) Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Certain premium/value-added services (e.g., paid CV writing, featured listings, consultation) may be fee-based. Prices, taxes, and payment terms will be shown at checkout or agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store complete card details on our servers.
• Unless a specific written refund policy applies to a paid service, all confirmed services are non-refundable once delivered or commenced.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and UI—belongs to AIM Dubai or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9) Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, automated harvesting, or spamming; attempts to breach security or overload systems.
• Posting fraudulent roles or submitting forged/illegal documents.
• Infringing third-party rights or violating any applicable law.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

We may use or link to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, employer portals). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party actions, availability, or content. Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11) Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• Disclaimers: Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind; information is for guidance and may change without notice.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Dubai and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or services.
• Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIM Dubai from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

• Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services (including removal of content or job posts) if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or abuse the platform. You may stop using the services at any time.
• Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory mediation/arbitration, courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
